The Top 10 Hotels listing affirms the property’s position as a hospitality destination in Penang. Inspired by the island’s Peranakan heritage, the hotel pairs cultural character with contemporary comfort and personalised service.

Iconic Marjorie Penang holds 298 guestrooms and suites, designed with hospitality firm Hirsch Bedner Associates around the island’s Baba-Nyonya heritage. Function and meeting spaces sit alongside an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, a 24-hour fitness centre and the WellNest Spa on Level 13, where traditional healing practices meet modern wellness rituals in an art-inspired setting.
Dining runs through three venues. Tiffin Hall handles communal dining, Loom & Leafs Lounge covers relaxed lounge moments, and Senses Bar serves the poolside crowd. The hotel describes the mix as a celebration of Penang’s culinary heritage.
