Penggerak Komuniti Muda – PEKA has taken the initiative to change the face of abandoned telephone booths into a mini library for the public.
This measure can encourage interest in reading among the people of Penang.
This mini library provides books in various languages, Penang Monthly magazine & Buletin Mutiara newspaper.
The public is allowed to bring back books in this mini library & return them after they have finished reading.
