The Prestige Hotel is at it once again with their Selera Lagenda Semi-Buffet this Ramadan.
The facade of the hotel had always been classy and modern chic. The Glasshouse is bright and cosy with ample space for groups.
Starting off with Ulam-Ulaman, the Malay style salad where you get an assortment of local vegetables and leaves which is paired with sambal and also cincalok. Other sides include kerabu, salted eggs & fish, ketupat, serunding, jelatah and budu.
There are also assorted fruits Rojak, Pasembor and the salad bar with dressings and sauces.
Various cuts of cheese and cold cuts of chicken slices and salami are there to delight. Don’t miss the seafood on ice! A platter of slipper lobsters, prawns and mussels.
Get some Bubur Lambok and herbal chicken soup to line your stomach first!
When it comes to the main course, you will be given a choice of either Percik Chicken, Atlantic Salmon, Beef Rendang, Tom Yum Fried Chicken or Sambal Grilled Fish.
As we head to the carving area, we were presented with the Roasted Lamb Leg, Roasted Chicken Loaf, chicken wings, fish, sausages and satay.
Desserts make up the most choices with puddings, cakes, kuihs, fruits, cendol, ice kacang, ice cream and your choice of coffee or tea.
