Feringgi Grill is set to amaze your father on Father’s day with their set menu. This special menu is only available from 12th June till 20th June 2021.
For starter, perfectly pan-seared Foie Gras with Apple, Pea Puree & Pistachio.
Next will be the Clam Chowder with Truffle oil & herb.
For the main course, you have a choice of either
Wagyu Beef Tenderloin ala Provencal, broccoli, mushroom & Bordelaise sauce
OR
Cod Fish with carrot, spinach, zucchini & ink sauce
To end the meal, White Chocolate Jasmine mousse, lychee compote, coconut sponge, burnt chocolate, honey tuile, jasmine sauce
