The 2S service centre is the only Mercedes-Benz body and paint centre in Penang comprising 21 service and repair bays. With a service capacity of 550 vehicles per month, customers can expect world-class services from Cycle & Carriage’s skilled technicians. Designed with the customer experience in mind, the service centre exudes the latest Mercedes-Benz retail brand presence whereby customers are welcomed by the brand’s Star Assistant, enjoy personalised service at the Consulting Room, and relax at a sleek and luxurious lounge area; all with the purpose of providing customers a seamless blend of comfort and functionality.

In addition, the facility is also equipped with a rainwater harvesting tank to ensure responsible water usage, and super-fast 180kW DC chargers, which underscore Cycle & Carriage’s dedication to advancing eco-mobility solutions. The uniqueness of Cycle & Carriage Sungai Pinang, whilst standing 5 storeys tall, is devoid of road ramps but instead employs car lifts with redundancies and a 100% backup power supply ensuring uninterrupted operations, even during emergencies.
