The Kecik-Kecik Group Show will return for its fourth edition next weekend, featuring 183 original artworks by Malaysian artists at Hin Bus Depot.
The exhibition runs from 31 May to 2 June 2025, showcasing works priced below RM2,000. Penang Art District organises the event as the state’s largest affordable art show.
This year’s show partners with Arteesan.io, an art-tech platform. All exhibited artworks will include a complimentary NFT Certificate of Authenticity for secure ownership documentation.

The official launch takes place on Saturday, 31 May at 11:00 AM. Special guests, partners, artists, and art enthusiasts will attend the opening ceremony.
“Kecik-Kecik is not just an exhibition—it’s a movement to cultivate a healthy and sustainable art ecosystem by making art accessible, affordable, and appreciated by the wider public,” said Kenny Ng, General Manager of Penang Art District.

The exhibition aims to democratise art collecting whilst supporting local talent. It provides a platform for both experienced collectors and first-time buyers to discover homegrown artists’ work.
The show features diverse media, styles, and artistic voices from emerging and established Malaysian creators. Admission remains free for all visitors.
