SPB has officially unveiled La Casa Ara, a 192-acre gated and guarded township in Tasek Gelugor South, marking the arrival of the developer’s internationally recognised Courtyard Villament concept in Penang.

The development introduces 266 units of Courtyard Villament in Phase 1, priced from RM339,000. Built in collaboration with Lembaga Perumahan Negeri Pulau Pinang (LPNPP), the project targets the mass market with a focus on quality and affordability.
