Hunza Properties Berhad’s first-ever Snow-vember festival successfully transformed Auto City Concept Hall into a festive destination, drawing tens of thousands of visitors over three days. The event marked one of Penang’s largest early Christmas celebrations this year, running from 10am to 11pm 14th to 16th November 2025 with winter-themed installations, family entertainment and interactive attractions.

The festival attracted diverse crowds including families, young professionals, pet lovers, content creators and festive enthusiasts. The three-day celebration established itself as one of the most talked-about year-end community events in the state.

State Leader Officiates Opening Ceremony

YB Dato’ Seri Sundarajoo A/L Somu, Penang State EXCO for Housing and Environment, graced the official opening ceremony. The event brought together state leadership, industry players and the wider Penang community in a show of collaboration.

The Immersive VR Adventure Zone appealed to younger visitors and technology enthusiasts. The digital experience offered an engaging introduction to Hunza’s property projects through VR storytelling, allowing guests to explore developments in an interactive format.

The Christmas Outfit Contest encouraged visitors of all ages to dress in creative, colourful outfits. Participants added greatly to the festive mood across all three days, with costumes ranging from traditional Christmas themes to imaginative interpretations.

Community Programmes Unite Through Movement and Music

Two special programmes became defining highlights of Snow-vember, strengthening community connection through shared activities.

Move U Fitness Dance Night on Day 2 brought together more than 250 participants under the night sky. The 90-minute outdoor dance session attracted families, fitness lovers and casual participants who joined for an evening of movement, rhythm and joy. The session lit up Saturday night with energy and collective celebration.

The Flash Mob Finale on Day 3 transformed the final evening into a social media sensation. The surprise performance drew crowds who gathered to record and share the lively routine online. Videos spread across social platforms, pushing Snow-vember’s online presence to new heights and extending the festival’s reach beyond physical attendees.

These programmes reinforced Snow-vember as a community-centric celebration, uniting people through shared experience and festive excitement. The events demonstrated Hunza’s commitment to creating people-oriented experiences that foster joy, belonging and meaningful connection.

Senze@PICC Show Unit Offers Lifestyle Preview

Festival visitors gained rare access to a fully-furnished show unit of Senze@PICC, displayed directly within Auto City Concept Hall. The curated interior showcased smart home features and thoughtful layout design, offering guests a first-hand glimpse into the modern, move-in-ready lifestyle planned for future residents.

Each unit demonstrates carefully designed layouts, smart home systems, designer finishes and resort-style living. The spaces are tailored for young professionals and modern families seeking contemporary housing solutions.

Senze@PICC represents the second phase of the Penang International Commercial City (PICC) development in Bayan Lepas. The project offers fully furnished homes with direct connectivity advantages. A sky bridge links residents to the upcoming PICC shopping mall, which in turn connects to the future LRT station within walking distance.
